This site introduces international standard specs

This site is based on public standard specs from GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA. It does not represent what has actually been implemented in each country. Whether operators in each country offer an API, and which versions and features they provide, depends on their actual implementations.

Site content

Illustrated guides to operator network APIs defined by GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA: what each API can do, how operators respond in different scenarios, and the use cases listed by GSMA.

Content is based on public specs from GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA.
Animations and example values, such as phone numbers, times, amounts, and IDs, are illustrative.
Use case descriptions are summaries of the GSMA originals. Refer to the originals for the authoritative wording.

Status labels

GSMA mature API: APIs listed in GSMA Open Gateway API Descriptions. Mature means the spec is stable or has been included in at least two CAMARA release cycles.
CAMARA in development: APIs listed as “APIs in earlier development” in CAMARA API Overview.
CAMARA v1.1.0: The latest official release of this API on CAMARA GitHub.
